Grounded Spirituality is a space for self-awareness, energy clearing, and spiritual growth approached in a grounded and authentic way. Through SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), reflections, and conversations, this channel explores emotional healing, subconscious patterns, energetic alignment, and connecting more deeply with yourself and your Spirit/Soul without spiritual bypassing or performance. My intention is to create a calm and supportive space for Highly Sensitive people, Deep Feelers and Thinkers, Spiritually-Minded Individuals, and Old Souls seeking greater Clarity, Peace, and Alignment in everyday life. I have 20 years of experience in personal development, spiritual healing & shadow work AND I'm still learning and growing right alongside you.
