Who We Are New Creation Church Our name, "New Creation Church," is first and foremost an identity statement. The Bible teaches us that through faith in Jesus, every Christian, no matter who they are or what they have done, has become a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). This means that when we meet together for worship, we are literally the "assembly" (i.e. church) of God's coming new creation, on earth. We are citizens of that coming world (Philippians 3:20). Through the Spirit of Jesus, we now breathe its air, march to its drumbeat, and long for the return of the King to make all things new (Revelation 21:5).
