STEVE & ROWENA PARRISH Steve and Rowena met at Faith Bible College International in Charleston, Maine, where they graduated in 1988 with Bachelor’s Degrees in Theological Studies and minors in Pastoral Theology. They were married in October that same year and began their ministry as youth and associate pastors. After arriving in arriving in the Pacific Northwest in 1995, they transitioned as lead pastors in a denominational church in Vancouver in 2002 and became immersed in the world of church planting, property development, multi-site and regional church leadership. In 2011, Steve and Rowena left denominational ministry to launch Elevate Church in Clark
