Welcome to our Channel, We are a refugee-led, women-led nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness, education, and support for refugee communities. We focus on empowering refugees especially women and young people facing the challenges of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, & trauma caused by forced displacement, sexual violence, and gender-based violence. Through our videos, we aim to shed light on these critical issues, provide helpful resources, & share stories of hope and resilience. You can join us by doing the following, 1.
