Our mission is to provide a wide range of quality content that aligns with the true narrative of the Hip Hop culture. We intend to bring a therapeutic approach to black radio. "Coping While Black" provides tips from licensed therapist Melanie Anderson on the day to day stressors of being black in America. Our resident "Beast In the Boardroom" James Cuthbert gives us a black man's insight from the corporate world. "InnerCity Blues" is music therapy from Coach Build Parsells where he speaks to artists who share their lives experiences and how it effects their music. Sports talk shows, Hip Hop Game shows, real dialogue with real people, all with the intent to lift each other up through this culture we call Hip Hop.
