My name is Julie Menanno and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My mission here on YouTube is to make accessible to the wider population the attachment theory insights and practical skills I use to treat couples in my private practice. My greatest passions in life are my family and treating couples. The longer I treat couples, the more I love it. I was born to do this work. I have a system developed where I relentlessly seek mastery of couples work/attachment theory via learning and more learning (so much to learn about human relationships!), implement what I learn in my work with couples (which makes the knowledge come alive emotionally), and then put it all out on social media in a way that helps people who don’t have access to couples’ therapy.
