Hi, I'm Rachel -- For the last 15 years, I’ve built my career distilling massive ideas about personal development into approachable, practical strategies for people with big dreams, full lives, and very little time to waste. Along the way, I've written 4 New York Times Bestselling books and published over 1,000 podcast episodes... all while raising 4 incredible kids. Sometimes my work is very glamorous (luxury travel, book tours, an actual professional does my hair and makeup!) but most days, you'll find me slowly renovating an old house in the Hudson Valley with my handsome English husband, raising teenagers, trying my hardest to grow proper tomatoes and wearing way too much flannel.
