Both of us have a lifetime of experience homesteading and raising livestock. Tabitha was a hunting guide for 10 years, with the same amount of time living off grid, currently raising registered Nubian milking goats. Jim grew up on a cattle dairy, which transitioned to beef production. He has owned and operated his own commercial cow/calf herd for over 15 years. Together we own and operate Cearbhall Home Slaughter Services LLC, and Jim Franks Farm Direct Meat. A mobile slaughter unit that travels around Texas processing pigs, cows, and goats at your homestead, farm, or ranch.
