Welcome to World Outreach Ministries Welcome Home. We are so glad you are visiting our webpage. World Outreach Ministries came into existence on March 7, 1999. in a storefront in Wellston, Ohio. The church was started with 6 members plus Pastor Rob and Tonya and their 2 boys (at the time). The church grew quickly with the blessing of God. That year there were many souls saved and the anointing of God was poured out in great ways; people were healed, blessed and delivered. The largest attended service in 1999 was 167 in December. The church moved out of the storefront to another rented office complex while the new building was being built. The church moved into the new sanctuary in the fall o
