Senior Leaders, Jesse and Jessica Cupp are from Bethel Church, Redding, CA, which commissioned this ministry and continues to provide us with apostolic covering. The Cupps continue in close relationship with Bethel leadership and are part of the Bethel Leaders Network (BLN). Overflow is a unique expression budding forth from this local growing kingdom community that was seeded by the kingdom culture brought from Redding.
