Description
Leigh Remedios is an ex-pro MMA fighter who held British, International and World titles. He retired from professional MMA fighting in 2009 and now competes in Jiujitsu. He opened his gym VT Jiu Jitsu in 2006. This channel is mainly for VT students, who have access to unlisted class recaps but we also make some videos public too.
