Indoor Cycling Studio courses at home. You can customize your workout or follow the preset workouts, it is up to you!! This is very helpful for you to workout for as long as you want! You might need some dumbbells, if you don´t have, feel free to use bottles of water, or whatever you have at home. Get your bottle of water and a towel, for sure you will be sweating!. And the most important of all, please dedicate your workout to yourself, it is YOU, HERE and NOW.
