Studio Fondue is a luxury Pilates studio based in Uluwatu, Bali, bringing our signature Fondue Method to YouTube. Our on-demand mat Pilates classes are sculptural, progressive, and intelligently sequenced designed to build strength, mobility, and alignment. From 10-minute burners to 45-minute full-length flows, every class reflects the same precision, quality, and intention taught inside our Bali studio. Founded in 2023 on the cliffs of Uluwatu, Studio Fondue is known for international standard Pilates, refined design, and a strong sense of community. These classes are an extension of our physical studio, so you can move with us anytime, anywhere. Welcome to Fondue. Equipment Swaps : Yoga block → thick book, pillow, or folded towel. Bands → go without, but focus on mind-to-muscle activation. Pilates ball → pillow or cushion to squeeze or balance. Barre → chair, stool, or even fingertips to the wall. Dumbbells → water bottles, shampoo bottles, or bodyweight.
