Spiral Spine Pilates is a Pilates studio based in Brentwood, Tennessee, dedicated to helping people move freely and live without pain. Alongside in-person and virtual lessons, we proudly serve the global scoliosis community with inclusive, research-backed resources for every age, curve type, and stage of the journey. Our offerings include educational videos for practitioners, at-home workouts, books, apps, scoliosis retreats, and an extensive online library of support materials. Founded by Erin Myers, a certified Pilates instructor, Balanced Body Pilates Educator, and former Radio City Rockette, Spiral Spine Pilates blends expertise with empathy. Diagnosed with scoliosis as a teenager, Erin has dedicated her career to studying spinal movement and guiding others to embrace and care for their beautifully unique backs.
