I am Carolina Alcantara and I've been living in the USA for 15 years now. I've been practicing Pilates for more than 10 years and I started teaching about 7 years ago. I got my Comprehensive Teacher Training at Peak Pilates, in Boston and had the opportunity of teaching over 300 different students and I am so excited that I will be able to teach you now.
