Each new contact you download or unlock uses one export. Contacts you already exported never count again, and your allowance resets each month on your billing date.

If an email bounces
Send any exported contact that bounces to support@medialist.com and we replace that export at no cost. People change jobs, so we cannot promise every contact is current at every moment, and replacement is how we make it right.
Pitching from the same place
On Professional and Scale you can write a pitch once, personalize it for each contact, and send it from your own email account with follow-ups. Campaigns include open and click tracking and an unsubscribe link. Scale adds private label reports you can share with a client.
